Betula House – Your Perfect Home Away from Home

On arrival at Betula House, you’re welcomed into a spacious entrance hall with ample room for coats and shoes—ideal for settling in comfortably from the moment you step inside.

To the left, you’ll find a dedicated games room featuring cosy seating, a multi-games table, and a selection of board games—perfect for family fun or relaxing evenings. Adjacent to this is a convenient ground-floor WC.

The entrance hall also leads to a fully equipped, modern kitchen complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The recently extended dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests, making it perfect for group meals. Patio doors open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

A separate utility room, located just off the kitchen, houses a washing machine for added convenience during your stay.

The spacious lounge offers a calm and inviting space to unwind after a day of exploring, with comfortable seating and a TV for your entertainment. An attached conservatory provides additional seating, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying garden views.

Upstairs, the property features four well-appointed bedrooms. These include a master double bedroom with a TV and en-suite shower room with WC, a twin bedroom, a second double room with en-suite shower and WC, and a king-size bedroom. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes the interior. All bedrooms have black-out blinds.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio area with garden furniture, as well as a lawn—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation. The property also offers off-road parking for up to three cars at the front.

The recreation room is equipped with a radiator for comfort, a small sofa, a mini pool table, a selection of games, a bean bag, a small table, and chairs—creating a fun and relaxing entertainment space for guests of all ages.

The bright conservatory features comfortable seating, tables, and a radiator, offering a warm and inviting space to relax while enjoying views of the surrounding area.

KITCHEN, DINING & UTILITY

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster, sink, fridge, dishwasher, cookware such as saucepans and frying pans, crockery, utensils, and a radiator, making it ideal for self-catering stays. The dining area boasts a large dining table with seating for up to eight adults, beautiful garden views, and direct access to the outdoor space through patio doors—perfect for family meals and entertaining. The separate utility area provides practical amenities including a hoover, mop and bucket, washing machine, ironing board, and iron for added convenience.

MASTER BEDROOM with EN-SUITE

The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, WiFi, a Smart TV, a wardrobe, bedside tables with lighting, a radiator, and a hairdryer, ensuring a relaxing and well-equipped stay. The private en-suite includes a modern shower room with WC and basin.

TWIN BEDROOM

The twin bedroom offers two single beds, WiFi, bedside tables with lights, a radiator, and a suitcase stand, making it a practical and comfortable choice for guests.
